Returns Policy
Q) Can I return my purchase?
We will replace or refund all items provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging,
within 14 days of receipt.
Q) Who pays for the return?
For all unwanted items, the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. However,
if our customers require an exchange then the delivery charge of the exchanged item will be the responsibility of
Islamic-Design. Please note that exchanges and refunds can take up to 14 days.
Q) How to return my item?
When returning an item, please contact Islamic-Design and inform us of the item(s) you wish to return
prior to sending them. Provide as much information with regards to the item(s) and why you are making the return.
Please ensure that you get a postage receipt from your post office when returning goods.
Q) My item(s) is/are damaged, what should I do?
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of any damaged item(s).
If the item(s) is/are deemed damaged then Islamic-Design will cover the cost of returning the damaged item(s).
Please note that if we are not notified within 3 days then covering the cost of returned damaged item(s)
will be at the discretion of Islamic-Design.
